Bob Brown was saved in December 1974. He went to Prairie Bible School in Alberta, Canada. Starting in 1982, he pastored four different churches over the course of 30 years in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. He moved to Cannon Beach about eleven years ago and has been serving as a pastor and an elder at Cannon Beach Bible Church since 2020. In his free time, Bob enjoys riding his motorcycle and working on a farm. 

Jim Bates came to faith in Christ in 1978 while in the USAF (as an unbeliever, he shared a duplex with the Navigator ministry!) and subsequently served at base chapels and local churches throughout his USAF career. After he retired from the military and various software development positions in Colorado Springs, he and his wife moved to Cannon Beach in 2016 to minister to aging parents and joined Cannon Beach Bible Church where he has been serving as an elder since 2026. Jim’s passion is leading small group Bible studies and equipping men to raise up disciples of Christ.

Ku Khang grew up in North Carolina and was raised in a Christian family. The Lord saved him at age 13 through the youth ministry of his church. He completed his undergraduate degrees at Western Carolina University and then taught high school English and coached soccer. He then matriculated and graduated with the Master of Divinity degree from The Master's Seminary in Sun Valley, CA. He started pastoring Cannon Beach Bible Church in July 2024.
